Portugal drug related death rate have had sharp increases lately at a time when their population have been shrinking for 11 consecutive years. Legalizing drugs does not make the problem go away. That is a scam. Portugal drug problems have already been in decline for years prior to 2001 when they started legalizing drugs. That period is also a period of Portugal economic boom. When the economy is doing well people do less drugs. When the economy is bad, people resorts to drugs.
Weed withdrawals are real. You smoke every day for 5 years and try to go just one without. You will think about it all. Day. Long. It will be the first thing you think about when you wake up and the last thing you think about before you go to bed. Luckily it doesn’t have the nasty effects that hard drugs do. But damn I’ll tell you I feel weird when I don’t have it and it’s been a while now. I know when the day comes I’ll have to go slow to the stop or else I’ll have bad side effects.

Decriminalizing drugs is the best thing in the world people have hope then and dont overdose on purpose for worried of going to torture type jails in America it's bad and very depressing..and people would stop over dosing and woukdnt lose hope as fast amd stop self destruction due to knowing they wont owe all these lawyer fees and bond money and fines and jail time and lose their buisness and house and family cuz the wife didnt wanna wait a year of someone in jail its bad man trust me country would get so much better and healthy if it was decriminalized….disease would go down because people wouldnt be so depressed because they cant get a good job cuz their drivers license is suspended and they owe thousands of dollars and the courts wont let you pay 100 a month unless you put down a huuuge down payment or pay the whole 5k upfront or 10k or 50k upfront for their license is rediculous that needs to be reformed down payment total for all all cases combined need to be no more than 500$ down payment and people cant get their license back for something they did 20 years ago because they did stupid shit when they were 13 or 18 years old or 20 years old and owe 10s of thousands of dollars and have to put Huuge down payments down that they cant afford so the cycle continues especially in Orlando ,Florida. ..
Please I know so many people that could make 50k extra per year but cant because they cant make more than minimum wage cuz of DL license issues and turn to drugs ,etc……make a law maximum amount down payment per case is 50$ down payment per case and so many more productive citizens would stay out of trouble and not steal ,break the law etc….
