It is racist to say that Asian works hard because it continues perpetuate racist stereotypes. Like Mexicans/ Black people have been labeled as "lazy" and "unwilling to work" is ridiculous. They have been used for hard labor for DECADES, yet we call them lazy? The Universities are preferring foreign Asian students because they have money, yes they work hard, but they also have money that can be donated to the university. To say that certain sections of the populations aren't capable of hard work is perpetuating racism.
Not to mention how Black people, "Brown" asians, and Mexicans have had policies to actively discourage them from pursuing higher education. This lady has no real grasp of United States History, or the reality of how labor exploitation.
Funny how the elephant in the room wasn't adressed.
