  1. This is disordered eating. Your body constantly needs food. It's important to eat right away, and have at least 4 to 6 properly portioned meals a day. Running is also not the best. It breaks down your body too much. There are ways to get breathing hard that are much easier on you, like walking up a steep hill or using a rower.
