I've seen most all of bill Murray's movies and chevy Chase's He is exactly right You could easily argue that Bill murray is the more talented actor but you give chevy chase the right script and cast around him, he can be damn good. Murray in the latter half of his career got a chance to show his dramatic chops, C.C. never really got that chance. I think he could have done it, i really think thats in him somewhere.
As much as Tarantino cherishes 70s cinema, I do too; The Godfather, A Clockwork Orange, and Chinatown to name a few, most of his movies are structured in the 80s style where the protagonist walks off into the sunset.
But the 80s had slasher movies. Every weekend at the drive in . There was a brand new slasher movie. And it didn’t matter if it was good or bad.
