  1. Once I reached like my 3rd week of daily meditation my mind had these long periods of time where It felt like I was looking at myself but without judgments. Its like i kept to trying to judge myself or be critical of something to grab some form of normality but my meditated mind would not budge from its current position. I've had bouts of depersonalization before which feel terrible but this feeling I write about felt like the polar opposite of depersonalization. It felt amazing frankly. That's what I look forward to when meditating. Its one of the best feelings I've experienced because its the same present feeling you get after accomplishing a goal.
