The easiest way to start meditation is to sit quietly after a work out, good chemical release, breathing comes back normal and the thought process is calm as mind and body is more in touch with the sweat drying then naturally before u know it ,u get into mediative calm with no thought. Then with practice they say one can release the chemicals without the exercise. Nice way to be able to start sitting in calm while trying to get your breath back. Could do well in prisons, school daily life. Body n mind
