  1. I did a float tank and eventually the dopamine?? Or something in my body unloaded and I was soooo euphoric for a few minutes …just saying I think it worked ..from total deprivation. To total consciousness

  2. Just doing it for a few minutes-20 minutes is a few- and only when you “need” it, will not take you to the monumental discoveries that are possible. And only a few types are more likely to do it. Most apps available have basically self-hypnosis tracks. Those can bring temporary stress reduction, but not a fundamental change in identity. Wish more scientists would pursue it seriously.
