I should try to be caffeine free for at least 30 days. I generally drink one large cup and a half a day. Generally cannot drink it after 12:00 . I just can't sleep if I drink it after 12:00. On the other hand I know people that can drink coffee at night and still sleep. That just blows my mind. If I drink more than a cup and a half I feel stress. Does taste really good and nice organic Cuban roast

I learned to drink coffee after 90 minutes of waking up and often I forget to drink it till late afternoon or evening
