Please don't use law repentance for grace repentance. The two don't mix. Galatians chapter 2 has Paul standing against James, Peter and John on this matter. And don't use scripture out of context to justify your standing with or against anyone. We Christian Gentiles aren't under pressure. Neither are the Jewish Christians.
Needed this, I have been struggling mightily in sexual sin (pornography), the guilt I felt each time I have falling created a gap between me and my God and walk with my Savior, this is what bothers me the most, is the feeling of so much shame I felt that I couldnt talk to my God. The problem is I downplay my sin until I indulge in it. I do not like the fact that I have to keep coming back asking my Savior for forgiveness. I am fighting, but I won't lie its hard, but I falling on daily prayer, and uploads like these have been very helpful in standing with God.
I am sharing because I am not ashamed to admit I am weak to the flesh, because I know in my humbled status I am stronger with the Lord. That does not mean I am not tempted, sadly it does not mean I won't fall again, but know that no task is too great for our God and Savior to help us overcome.
I ask that you my brothers and sister who found themselves on this page pray ( and I do mean actually pray) for me and others who are dealing with acts that separate us. In these times we need each other, I need you, and the world needs us more than ever.
