This is inaccurate. It was the christian church that changed the original intent of the passage.
Lucifer is not a fallen angel. The name itself is taken from the Latin Vulgate. Lucifer in Greek is Heosphorus.
In the original orthodoxy his name was Heylel. The original translation is Heylel ben Shahar.
Translated in english it is Venus son of the Morning/Dawn.
Heylel was part of the old pantheon in babylonian lore. He was the light bearer, thus represented by Venus the brightest star. If you read the entirety of Isaiah 14, you would see that Heylel/Venus/Lucifer was a parallel/allegory/epithet for the rise, pride, and fall of the Babylonian king. God told them to taunt him before they leave Babylon. They used the closest being they can find in Babylonian mythology to taunt the king; that being Venus/Heylel/Heosphorus/Lucifer. Fallen from heaven means that the tsar disaapears in the west, out of the sky when his father, Shahar, rises in the east to stop his sons rebellion.
That passage has nothing to do with a fallen angel. Also, Ezekiel 28 is comparing the king of Tyre to the glory of a cherub to show how far he's fallen.Again, has nothing to do with a fallen angel.
A cherub is below a seraph. If Lucifer was the top angel, why is he a cherub?
The church twisted these interpretations to their liking.
