I wish a lot more people would get steered in Johnny's direction, I stumbled across him, but unlike me an ex Irish catholic, I am open minded and I like to listen to all sides, I won't dismiss something because I don't like it especially when there's overwhelming evidence to support it, but I do know that most catholics will not even listen never mind believe they have been duped their entire lives, they will dismiss you before you would get finishing a sentence, if you gave them a mountain of evidence they wouldn't even look at it, unlike myself who likes to question everything, I won't believe something just because I'm told to and not be a doubting Thomas and happy are those who believe without question, there are things that some people just like me have to find out for themselves, but it requires a questioning mind, most catholics don't have that, but it's not their fault as growing up in Ireland you are born with the Catholic guilt, your made to feel guilty for even thinking something, guilty for daring to think you could actually question, I have 2 grown up kids and how am I supposed to tell them that by the way that catholic shit you were taught was the biggest load of bollox and don't believe a word of it as I didn't even know myself til about 10yrs ago, lucky for them I never shoved religion down their throats the way it was for me and wanted them to make their own minds up.
