I watched an interview with a centinian where he talks about how he stayed up late and stuff. There was some stress.
Just quit your job and chill
That beard is heavier than the body.

That is correct. High doses of stress accelerate the aging process. Just look at presidents how they end their terms looking considerably older then when they start it. Even in my own life, I only started showing some gray hair after a highly stressful period of my life.
If this guy is all about defeating aging, why does he make himself look like an old man?
