  1. Yea I realized my breathing dramatically changed when focused and under fight or flight.
    Breathing helps with how fast I can move and how many hits can go out before I need to take a 2nd breath.
    And by the time I'm done breathing out on offense I'm regaining my breath when moving defensively and calm,at the same time calmly looking at openings.

    He is calm and regaining breath when dodging hits.youll even see his hands down to limit energy use and provide more movement with less effort.
