It can’t be Moses because he has already died once and it is written that man is to die once then be judged. Also if Moses is in heaven with God than he must be in his purified ( angelic ? ) body which can’t die, ever. That’s the end of that argument

Amen! God gave us the Torah to navigate these last days. It really is a light unto our path. Mr Skiba was a huge loss to us believers. He is now resting in peace. When the trumpet sounds so many people I'd like to thank. He is one of them.
