100% incorrect Seals are a Tier 2 unit they just have the most media recognition Devgru AKA the Blue team AKA Seal team 6 is its own separate unit that pulls from the best seals for a more advanced seal , these guys are tier 1 and most often are paired with 1ST SFOD-D aka Delta or Delta force aka the green team these are the other side of the coin from seals they are just as elite if not the most elite special forces operator those 2 units are top of the SF food chain. Now that’s just for America tho 22ND SAS is just as capable as delta and are considered the fathers of modern special operations forces.

The British have a clandestine military unit, a cross between special forces and spies, many women join this unit, the mental/physical standards are very tough, physical requirements are tailored for male and female. No matter what your gender you have to satisfy selection requirements.
