I’m Mexican and I no longer live there, since I relocated to Spain, but I keep telling my gringo and euro friends not to take places like Tijuana or Mexico City so lightly. I knew a Polish girl who kept bragging about how she went through some of Mexico City’s dingiest neighborhoods without any trouble and I had to remind her that she was incredibly lucky, because I know of Mexicans who have gotten kidnapped in those places, let alone foreigners.
Notice how he corrected himself? He went from saying the truth which is everyone is getting into the US to saying that people are trying to get into the US. You can literally walk across the border
