As I remember, 120 minutes on Sunday nights was the last bastion of anything with music relevance on MTV as it was dying a slow death.
I was one of those people that called into dial MTV and ironically requested New Kids on the Block π
How they get away with calling it mtv music television is bs that's false advertising
First time I came upon MTV I was too young to even know what it was. I just remember thinking damn this is a weird movie that keeps changing plots lol. I was probably 8-10 yrs old mayb and it took me a few hours to figure it out that this ainβt no movie π
