in 04 i was working downtown in austin building those high rise condos(you're welcome) and was heading home. traffic light changed and i drove into the intersection and a UT student on a bike ran the light and t-boned my dodge. he went over the hood and landed face first in the intersection. out like a light. called apd and they called a meat wagon to haul his ass off. he was all fucked up. jaw was mush. cops thanked me for calling them and sent me on my way. got home and took a plunger and pulled the dent out of my front quarter panel. i always looked from then on just in case and had several near misses but they were just wreckless and ignored the traffic laws. several get killed there each year thinking cars have to get out of their way. play stupid games, win stupid prizes
