  1. The best feeling is when you get these subtle light jumping around your eyelids and they finally go away. It’s like the chalk board appears and your head/vision feels lighter. Apparently those are phosphenes. If you can add to this in terms of what’s happening please do so

  2. Focusing on breathing is focusing too much on the physical situation and it may even cause anxiety and feeling trapped in the tank. Floating is best when you don't focus on anything and just let everything go. Meditation is actually the opposite of concentration.
