He is basically saying: We invaded Afghanistan to defeat the terrorists (Taliban and Al-Qaeda) and eliminate terrorism. But at the end we signed an agreement with the Taliban(the terrorists) and even gave them ammunition and tools worths of millions of dollar. We knew that Afghanistan would collapse and at least 100 thousand people(Army) which we promised, would get killed but who cares. Not to mention the other thousands in the media. The Terrorists are now very powerful that they could over throw a government and even defeated the US in over 20 years… WOW. How did they become so mighty? Well maybe the other countries in the region helped them like Pakistan! So let’s at least sanction Pakistan because they are the motherland of Terrorism. Did you? No???
