My mother’s, friend’s mother married a man who was showing signs of dementia! That’s not the funny part!
After being crude regularly with her, she changed bedrooms. She was out grocery shopping one day and returned home to multiple police cars at her home. The husband had pulled the blinds back on their full height living room windows and started pleasuring himself to the foot traffic walking by.
Well…. The foot traffic walking by just happened to be the high school students from just down the block.
The police had gotten a call from multiple parents and were ready to take said man to jail for indecent exposure!
It turns out that NO SUCH LAW exists for someone inside their own home!
Add to that the man was suffering from dementia!
They couldn’t charge him with anything! And no justice would be served anyway. They threatened to arrest my friend’s mother, but she stated this was her home and she wasn’t present at the time of offense! Can’t charge her either! The city decided to pay for a reflective surfacing of their front window so no one could see inside.
Technicalities!!! 🤣😂🤣😂

If you can be seen from a public space. Your doing it in public. Depends on where you live but there's legal precedence
