Joes fucked up not the ref.
The ref didn't fuck up Joe the fighter did. The ref is supposed to stop the fight when a fighters hurt. NOT THE REFS FAULT!!!!!
Why does the Athletic Commission / UFC not make an allowance for a fight to be resumed in the event of a bad call? Rule it as a "ref's time out" such as when a groin strike happens or a mouthpiece falls out? This seems like the moment McDonald realized it was a mistake, they could continue the fight?
