  1. If you want to start running my advice is download Strava it's free and walk and map out a 5k then walk that for a week then move onto running it the next week. That first week you warm your body up and it builds confidence. Good luck 🤟

  2. This video is a drastic difference from the one I just watched with David Goggins showing an x-ray of his knees, bone on bone, no cartilage, a metal plate and six screws in his shin. Goggins had these health issues before he even started running, but he's still out there getting it regardless of the pain, the studies, the whiny naysayers and the haters. This dude wants to take his cartilage with him to the grave.
