My doc told me that for every 1 pound you gain, that's an addionatl 5 pounds of pressure on your joints. So, makes sense that a runner who is most likely light weight would exert less pressure than a typically obese american stumbling around looking for more ice cream at the grocery store. I'm not buying into this "adaptation" BS.
would need a diet with more, that makes cartilage?
WOW so I got arthritis in my hands from running. I am sure if I had arthritis in my knees that would be the first thing said to me it is from running.
Interviewing wrong person. Opinions are fine but experts and people who do their research are better.
Bruh. Our body is 50% made up of legs. Guess what legs evolved for? Running.
