I would say it's the unhygienic practices, and the lack of common sense that many in china, and Asia seem to have. Though to be clear not all diseases originate in china or Asia it's just that covid19 originate in Wuhan china.
Why do they eat almost anything? You'd think after the pandemic, they'd make those markets illegal. Who wants anything from China, now?
