Listening to this for the second time 17 days later. We were not frightened enough. I reallized it was very serious. You never swore. On the recommendation of this show I read his book or we could call it the crystal ball our government forgot to look into.

This is just ANOTHER example why so many people don't trust government… People laugh at people who stockpile survival supplies, build shelters, and save for unforseen emergencies. Now, the people who ARE prepared also get to BAIL OUT those who weren't! Why on earth federal and state governments weren't prepared for an obvious potential pandemic, like this, is a treasonous act. Isn't the Pentagon/FEMA discussing situations Ike this? President Trump PLEASE call them out on this, and do something about it.
Why? Simple. We were too busy blowing billions upon billions on military funding, fighting imaginary wars to put on the facade that there’s some scary boogiemen out there to destroy good ole gunlovin MURICA. All the times we neglected to fund better education, health care, and public sanitation practices, it’s all coming to bite us in the ass and we deserve every second of it. China sure was ready for it though smh.
