They should put tick poison permethrin appliers to deer feeding station by the local hunters. When the deer sticks it head to get the food from the feeding station the poison is applied in the deer neck area from where it spreads to the whole animal killing all ticks from the animal in question.

Our goverment created Lymes disease on an island of the coast of Connecticut called Plum island. They were doing population control testing. They made them smart bugs.
