We all have a 'hole in our soul', it's an emptiness that we try to fill with anything easy; booze, drugs, sex, money, etc… The only problem is they all leave us feeling empty and unfulfilled. It was only when I came back home to our heavenly Father that I was able to quit all my addictions, and I was an addict for 30 years. Believe me, if I can quit, anyone can do it! Besides getting back with God and AA I also found physical activity is great, stay busy and eat when you're hungry! Been sober and doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu for a few years now and life has never been better! Peace be with you! 🙏👍💪
