Joe doesn’t understand football or rugby before we literally hear him say all the time he doesn’t pay any attention to sports outside of mma both football and rugby are games you get inured in a lot but 2 sports are completely different what’s the heaviest rugby player 280 the heaviest nfl player is 380 that’s a huge difference now if you wanna get hit by a 380 lb man without pads go ahead but most don’t want to and you could never just say nfl players go do rugby and rugby players go do football rugby players have more endurance that’s why they are lighter nfl players are just freakishly fast in small spurts😂

Guy started MMA in his mid-twenties and became a dominant champion. That's crazy impressive if you ask me.
5’6 in his woman’s heels, lol. That’s what makes Volk such a killer, he got some Napoleon syndrome in him.
I live in a city with a lot of Aussie/South African/Brits, and over here (at least in the amateur league) you get a lot of shorter guys playing rugby built exactly like Volkanovski. These guys have a distinct advantage in some regards because their center of gravity is lower making them WAY harder to tackle, and they're super quick.
