I read through the Bible–reading at least a chapter every day and writing a verse from the chapter I am reading because writing seems to help me remember the verse a little more or really look at that verse. And my personal feeling is that as I age a verse or chapter applies differently to me–or what is happening in my life at that time. That is why it is a living word–at least that is what I find.
