I think a lot of this comes down to parenting. Asian kids do good in school because Asian parents really value education. They strictly encourage their children to study and even send them to cram school. A lot of black parents don't enforce studying to the same degree that Asian parents do. Whenever you see smart children (of all ethnicities), I've noticed that their parents are completely different to the parents of children who do mediocre or even bad in school. If parents want their children to succeed in school, they need to teach to their children that they value education and better yet teach their children to value education.

Asian here, Asian is not naturally good at math. We just believe u can study and get good grades.
