  1. I’m 76. I go to the gym two days a week and run on a track 4/days a week. I ran a ten k last June. I’m running very slowly for a long time. It keeps you in zone 2. But time on your feet is the most important.

  2. I love Dr Peter but this is some high income, high function utopian reality right? What average person who is time poor, money challenged, raising a family and eating 14 different kinds of shit from their corporate overlords has time to do 4 x 45 minute high intensity cardio workouts a week? Am I missing something here?

  3. I used to walk 10 miles a day to school in knee deep snow. It was uphill BOTH ways. It's funny, but it seemed shorter in the summer. Maybe because the snow was only a foot deep then.

    P.S. I just finished watching a scene from "Dirty Harry" right before this one. His shirt says Callahan. LOL
