What she is conveniently leaving out of this argument is that when you go to Indian reservation they are not regulated the way irregular casino is for example in Nevada. So when you go to Vegas by law they are regulated to have to pay out 98% after the end of the year so that means every dollar you put in 98% of that will go back out his winnings in the long run it has to buy law. Indian reservation casinos have no limits on what they have to pay out so they can literally set the machines to pay 10% illegally get away with it because they're not regulated. I used to live next to one in El Paso and in Nevada and I can tell you you will never hear of a person hitting the jackpot over $1,000 at an Indian reservation casino.
