I'm curious as to what exactly does the Bureau of Indian Affairs do? Also what amount if any does the federal government and the various state governments provide to native governments/entities/lands in terms of social services, utilities, infrastructure, schools, hospitals etc. I think the case of gaming revenue share is very deeply interesting one and raises lots of questions about governmental devolution and the nature of governance and citizenship as a whole. Interesting even more so when you think of Oklahoma which I believe has the highest percentage of Native people in the country, from a state by state perspective, and the highest number of divesified Indian territories, from a cultural/historical/linguistic etc. perspective.

Can we not forget that the native men/bosses would force these girls/kids to become pregnant as early as ages 14+ (look it up it is straight facts and the truth) which is considered as rape they would enjoy abusing these innocent kids (even the white girls they would kidnap) and treat the same way and even worse than their own kids.
