Jesus headed toward the hill but not on it, because the highway leading into Jerusalem did not climb the hill called Golgotha. Instead, it went along its base into the city from the northern side. Today, there is a Muslim bus terminal across where Golgotha faces as an insult to Jesus since they do not believe He was the Son of God but merely another prophet less of importance than Mohamed which came along in 570 AD.
Jesus did not say, "Today, you will be with Me in paradise," because Jesus did not ascend to heaven until after He rose on Sunday. Punctuation did not come about until uninspired translators put it there. It should read as, "Surely I say unto you today, you shall be with Me in paradise." This would correspond to all that scripture tells us about death in general and what transpired after He died.
Your attempt was noble, but… what you did when you tried to present information would've been confusing to those who don't know what the scriptures tell us point plank about the scenario, causing them to shake their heads in bewilderment. You should not have gone around in circles but just presented raw facts and leave it there instead of dragging your video on beyond what was necessary.
