Well this episode struck a nerve…I swear, the Caucasian kinds sure became a real disappointment to all the other cultures of world didn't they. Unbelievable And a shame what they and those Smithsonians have done to native people's culture
I noticed that the liberal Indian princess couldn't help but take a shot at Ronald Reagan thereby alienating half the audience she is supposed to be convening to her view on this issue. That was stupid.Her main supposition is that contemporary people are supposed to conform to the religious beliefs of superstitious native peoples. Not just a single tribe, but the different beliefs of over 500 different tribes. Christianity is an ancient religion over two thousand years old, a lot older than a lot of these artifacts she wants to be religiously disposed of consistent with ancient Native American beliefs .I wonder what her opinion is on the ancient religion of Christianity being opposed to abortion? Should the ancient religious beliefs of Christians govern what a woman does with her body? Should the ancient beliefs of Muslims in regard to the treatment of women, gays etc be forced on people? I doubt that she' okay with any of that.. This country has a constitution that guarantees freedom from religious domination. The fact that Indians have a religious belief that they want to govern other people's behavior seems to get lost because of guilt over how people in the 18th and 19th centuries murdered Indians and stole their land.
