electricity… doubles your bill simply by using hot water… could not afford to plug it in
Are we as humans going to accept the expense of battery disposal and the massive tsunami of toxic pollution that is unavoidable? The only way to avoid destroying the planet is to put the waste on a rocket and send it toward the sun. Cost would be limiting factor, and morons will opt to bury it, destroying ground water.
Just want to say to the bilking of consumers that is planned obsolescence, thank you. Thank you for making us, those who are responsible for making tech C.E.O.'s billions of dollars each year, pay for a new phone every other month because 4 more pixels were added to the screen size .

electric cars are very easily controlled by governments who don't want their angry citizens to gather in the capital. or, if they decide that you haven't towed the line enough to use your car today (social credit score too low) so its hardly a wonder why they would favour technology that would allow for that.
