Yes it's a democrat thing. Left Cali in 2014. One of the best decisions I've ever made.
He’s absolutely right about OT. I refuse to work OT now because they tax it higher than my regular wage to the point that I make less than my regular hourly from it. It’s fucking ridiculous, about 40% of my fucking money goes just to taxes.

Jonathan your a good man. I'm sorry to hear about your wife and hope she is doing all right. You are very inspirational even thought California is such a bad state to Manufacture anything in. I hope one day we get the powers to be to listen to all the small business and really help them grow. Instead of getting in their way.
