Actually the Lord God created all the plant life on day 3, the sun, moon and stars were created on day 4. The light that was created on day one wasn't the light from an astronomical body (star) but rather all the properties of LIGHT which comprises the whole electomagnetic spectrum (gamma rays, x-rays, ultraviolet light, visible light, infrared, radio, and micro waves) by which all other physical processes (energy/matter/elements) hence forth rely upon to exist in a 3 dimensional universe… and people say the Bible doesn't have real science in it, HA. The Lord is the Creator of all things visible and invisible, who are we to question how He did it, it was a supernatural event that happened just the way His word says it happened. Psalms 33:6 “By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.”
