No pastor should ever be under the thumb of decons/elders. That is demonic! The kingdom of God is a kingdom, NOT a democracy! That is a church out of order.
I believe the take on the world conference and thousands of viewers share the concept of not really needing or wanting pastors, we have teachers (such as Zen) we research and find truth for ourselves, we´re not bench warmers listening to some guy wanting to assert spiritual authority over us telling us what is God´s will or not His will. Allot of us are Torah observers and we rest on Shabbat, such as is commanded in several verses all over the bible. Satan has authority over his Sunday pagan buildings, this is why you were fired. The group of people that the world would consider as the church is not the actual body of Jesus. There are so very few that really love Him and have been written in the book of Life. Most of us just didn't even come close. It's really sad to say, but I've literally given up on finding a real home at any church today. This story honestly doesn't surprise me at all. My family has lived through a lot of corruption and hypocrisy coming from noon denominational type Christian churches.
