Zen Garcia there is one word that means moon, and that is yarach, and tha is not found in the Hebrew Manuscripts. Hadash or as some spell it chodesh only means month,I used to go by all three lunar calendars, dark, FVC, and Full Moon, I now go by The Tzaduq Priestly Calendar which is spoken of in The Dead Sea Scrolls, Rachel Elior speaks on this as well, she exposed rabbinical judaism. The children of Yashar'al back then, specially the Tzaduqite Priests, it was only around 780 bce that they began to go by the lunar calendar, which was by the Greeks. Also by the way, I too believe the earth is flat.
