  1. I loved waking up in the morning and take a piss and go straight outside and sit down and smoke my first cigarette of the day. It was the best. Nothing is better than a cigarette head rush. A cigarette is a lot better than a vape. I’m glad I don’t smoke anymore though. I just don’t want a slow and painful death.

  2. Hardest part about quitting smoking is how easy and accessible they are. You know how they make you feel immediately and you can still function, so it’s hard to justify why quitting in the moment

  3. I started smoking at age 14 and I was soon up to a pack a day. In my twenties, I decided to quit, and it took about 20 + years of trying and failing to quit smoking. It depressed me so much, and I couldn't understand why it was so hard to quit. It was insanely hard on my mental health. Finally, at 41 years of age, I was able to quit by vaping CBD flower. Every time I craved a smoke, I just replaced it with CBD flower. It worked for me, and now I don't use anything at all. You CAN do it but you really have to want it.
