When I was 13 or 14 we want to the Padre Islands.. I was alone on the beach and it was kinda dark, maybe 6 or something like that at night, just strolling along minding my own business and out of the corner of my eye, I shit you not, I saw a Birria taco stand! That was a crazy day.. First time ever seeing them and fell in love! Anyways, I thought I'd share that with you, carry on!
