What makes me sad is that some people are in tremendous pain and the only thing that works is OxyContin… That’s very tricky as well. However, the physicians who prescribed it without real consultations and assessments are to blame for the growing issues we face today. I still feel horrible for those who are in severe pain that need it. They have to experience a double edged sword.

Fentanyl is now the very first thing that doctors turn to for every surgery that they do. It causes massive muscle cramping, It turns off ghrelin which is why cancer patients don't have an appetite. It causes hallucinations, It shuts down bile production which causes a hole can of worms of problems and digestion and hormone production. And while these patients seem to be coherent, they refuse to eat they don't remember to drink water and they die in less than 45 days while the doctors and nurses do not force them to sustain their life. All the while they milk the money from the insurance companies and wait for the patient to die. This happened to two of my family members. And there's not a thing you can do about it but just watch it happen. It makes you wonder if big pharma is supplying the street drug fentanyl that's killing these kids.
