This is interesting. We are made from creative thought energy. This means that if you desire something really badly, your thought or will, creats it. Freedom of choice. Hence thinking in good or evil. With God or on your own. Think of the world as packages of thought energy. This collective thought is like a sea of turbulant thought. Everyone wants something different and creates storms in the sea. Peakes a valleys of thought flow. Storms create mountaines of thought that crash down like tsunami. Jesus said rise above and walk on the water. Noah's ark rose up and the flow of the sea moved it around.
Balaam knew how to manipulate energy without Gods permission as Earth was seperated. Being only one man without collective backing, he knew that the collective of Isreal would overcome his singular thought. Evil does not agree to work together for long. However, if God gives a thought out to man and that thought is accepted, it creates that thought. Desire to work with God and work to understand his reality.
Moses accepts God's thought which he passes down through layers of understanding in the community. Like Heaven but on Earth. Moses to Aaron to the levites to the people to the herds.
