Josh Szeps comment about not wanting to do something (that most would consider effective/ good) that China does is a m0ronic viewpoint, and that exact idi0tic mentality is why our trash congress votes along party lines on EVERYTHING. People like Josh, and those who share that viewpoint, are the problem.
I would argue it's not just social media causing the increase in mental health issues, it's way more complex I'm sure. I would posit the insane politics are largely caused by social media. The left tends to have the cronies to make sure the smear is in one direction but I'm mostly talking about how the algorithm ignores all but the most negative things thus pushing partisanship and stoking violence. The Russia collusion that Hillary manufactured after Trump invited Russian hackers to get the rest of her emails l was pushed as verified fact but when the truth came out there was nothing. I would also argue pushing this gender twister game and the awful things they are doing to kids based on skin color… calling it what it is, the racist segregation and abuse comes from many locations and id argue its the reason we see the increase in a disproportionate number of white girls and it doesn't take long to figure out why.
one of my favorite "Apps" was 'Stumble upon' if you never heard of it – you could state your interests and it would send you to websites that matched what you were curious about.
Should be on and off for algorithm, and content that actually contradicts my current opinion to grow my perspective.
