First, there are conditions before implementing the ruling of cutting off the hand of a thief. There are many cases in which we do not cut off the hand of a thief. Secondly, those who fear the ruling of cutting off the hand are thieves. If you are not a thief, why do you fear? Rather, you must be comfortable that you will not be robbed😂
We can also eat with our mouths without using hands; desinfect our hands; use tools like sticks, spoons, forks or knives to eat. Also back then this was possible. But better don't hurt other people. Our Bodies are good as they are. Don't amputate limbs of other people against their will.
We should probably try that, taking into consideration the failure of our prison system.
