    Wolves are native to Colorado.
    The only native mammals in nz, before the arrival of people, were bats.
    When the first wave colonists (maori) arrived, they brought some rats and small pigs. Adding 3 more mammal species to these islands…then the second wave (Europeans) colonists turned up.
    You white fellas have introduced enough pests. How about you stick to fucking your own lands. Hands off Aotearoa!

  2. I'm Canadian and I have been camping for 20+ years in wolf territory and yes they are terrifying predators, we would hear them at night but rarely saw one. We pack bear spray in case of bears but wolves aren't going to go for humans (another pack animal) unless they are starving. They know humans are dangerous and keep their distance. A lone, injured camper, would be another story.
