If we get visits from other intelligent beings, the only logical reasoning for their coming, will be for research test samples of earth's matter or extractions of matter. These visiting beings are capable of travel unachievable to our most intelligent beings. Any visiting Alien will never engage in combat, why would they engage in combat with beings that cant travel vast space or are clearly restricted to their plant.
