There is so much information in these studies. You would not believe it. RAND Corp. is who I wanted to work for because that is the think tank I read the most. But there is a Think Tank at almost every American University. That's a lot of think tanks and viewpoints on a Ph. D. level. It is a little crazy that our Presidents peruse these scholarly works and make decisions for the country, but we need these guys. Alright Gen. McMaster. I can see this is a great guy.
